Refunds, Returns, Shipping and Route Insurance

Refunds Policy

Any order that has not shipped can be refunded for store credit for 100% of the amount spent.  For a refund to your payment method there is a 10% fee for all orders over $20 or 15% fee for all orders $19.99 and under.  This fee is to cover payment processing fees that are not returned to me in the event of a refund.

Once an order has shipped it is no longer eligible for a refund.


Returns Policy

Returns are generally not accepted.  Please contact us to have your request reviewed.  Switches that have been used, disassembled, soldered, or tampered with in any way will NOT be accepted as returns NO EXCEPTIONS.
