**RECENT CHANGES TO ORDERING PROCEDURES**
Due to an increase in fraud, we are implementing a screening process for all orders. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without explanation or justification.
While we don't expect to cancel many orders, we will do so as we feel necessary; there will be no charge to customers affected. Thank you for your support and understanding in these matters. -Kirball
International Orders Policy
Due to recent increases in fraudulent orders, international orders are going to be limited. Your card will not be charged until your order has been approved. You will receive an email to let you know if your order has shipped or been cancelled.
Any order that has not shipped (excluding hand-lubed switches that have been lubed) can be refunded for store credit for 100% of the amount spent. For a refund to your payment method there is a 10% fee for all orders over $20 or 15% fee for all orders $19.99 and under. This fee is to cover payment processing fees that are not returned to me in the event of a refund.
Once an order has shipped it is no longer eligible for a refund.
Returns are generally not accepted. Please contact us to have your request reviewed. Switches that have been used, disassembled, soldered, or tampered with in any way will NOT be accepted as returns NO EXCEPTIONS.

All shipping is handled via USPS.
